HDA distributor members pay a flat fee to register for the conference based on each company’s 2017 membership dues. Registration fee invoices have been mailed to your company’s HDA Board member or primary contact for processing. Copies also have been sent to your company’s conference coordinator.
There is no limit to the number of individuals distributor members may register to attend the conference for the single company fee. Participating distributor companies are requested to host a minimum of three tables, with an additional table assigned as a consumer table, to accommodate manufacturer appointment requests.

HDA’s manufacturer members may have multiple teams participating in the one-on-one business appointments based on the number of registrants from the company.
Fewer than 5 individual registrants = One team
5–7 individual registrants = Two teams
8 or more individual registrants= Three teams

Service provider companies must register at least one attendee by Friday, April 21, 2017. Registering before this date ensures your company is listed in Partnerlinx® 2.0 appointment scheduling system to be selected for appointments by manufacturer and distributor members. Service provider exhibit contracts include two attendees, one exhibit space (8’x10’) with back drape, one ID sign, one table and two chairs.
Service providers are encouraged to register early, as exhibit spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Booths will be located in the Service Provider Pavilion — central to the one-on-one meeting area — providing you and your colleagues an opportunity to network during appointments, meals, breaks and free periods.

Spouses and guests also may register for the Business and Leadership Conference, gaining access to the general sessions, awards banquet, receptions and luncheons.
