Cancellation and Substitution Policies

Company Cancellations

Should your company withdraw from this conference, written cancellations must be postmarked, faxed or emailed to HDA’s Meetings & Conferences Department by Friday, April 28, 2017, to qualify for a partial refund. Cancellations will be subject to a $500 processing fee per company plus a $200 processing fee per registrant. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received or postmarked after Friday, April 28, 2017.

Individual Cancellations

Individual cancellations should be emailed to HDA’s Meetings & Conferences Department by Friday, April 28, 2017, for a partial refund. Cancellations submitted by this date may be subject to a $200 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received or postmarked after Friday, April 28, 2017.

Spouse/guest cancellations must be postmarked, faxed or emailed to HDA’s Meetings & Conferences Department by Friday, May 19, 2017 for a partial refund. A $50 processing fee will apply. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received or postmarked after Friday, May 19, 2017.

Substitutions

Registrations are transferable among individuals from the same company at no additional charge through Friday, April 28, 2017. Substitutions submitted after this date will be subject to a $100 processing fee. Download the substitution form (PDF).
