Registration for Service Providers

The 2016 Business and Leadership Conference is an exclusive opportunity for you to showcase your company’s products and services, network and discuss business priorities with trading partners and create new business solutions with customers old and new.

Company Registration Deadline: Friday, April 15, 2016

Service provider companies must register at least one attendee by Monday, April 18, 2016. Registering before this date ensures your company is listed in Partnerlinx® 2.0 appointment scheduling system to be selected for appointments by manufacturer and distributor members. Service provider company registration includes two attendees, one exhibit space (8’x10’) with back drape, one ID sign, one table and two chairs.

Service providers are encouraged to register early, as exhibit spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Booths will be located in the Service Provider Pavilion — central to the one-on-one meeting area — providing you and your colleagues an opportunity to network during appointments, meals, breaks and free periods.

Spouses and guests also may register for the Business and Leadership Conference, gaining access to the general sessions, awards banquet, receptions and luncheons. The spouse/guest rate must be accompanied by one full paid registration and is not applicable to company attendees.

Note that your company’s registration invoice and HDA dues must be paid to receive your schedule.

Cancellation Policy

Company Cancellations

Should your company withdraw from this conference, written cancellations must be postmarked, faxed or emailed to HDA’s Meetings & Conferences Department by Friday, May 6, 2016, to qualify for a partial refund. Both a $500 per company and a $200 per individual processing fee apply. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received or postmarked after Friday, May 6, 2016.

Individual Cancellations

Individual cancellations should be emailed to HDA’s Meetings & Conferences Department by Friday, May 6, 2016, for a partial refund. A $200 processing fee will apply. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received or postmarked after Friday, May 6, 2016.

Spouse/guest cancellations must be postmarked, faxed or emailed to HDA’s Meetings & Conferences Department by Friday, June 3, for a partial refund. A $50 processing fee will apply. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received or postmarked after Friday, June 3, 2016.

Registrations are transferable among individuals from the same company at no additional charge through Friday, May 6, 2016. A $100 processing fee will apply for any transfer requests received after Friday, May 6, 2016.
