One-on-one business appointments are scheduled by PartnerLinx® 2.0, HDA’s online business appointment scheduling system. The user-friendly system generates your team’s appointment schedule based on your trading partners’ preferences.

How to Maximize Your One-on-One Business Appointment Experience

  • Register you company early to be included in the selection process, which begins on April 18, 2016; and,
  • Reach out to your trading partners reminding them to include your company in their selection process.

Important Dates to Remember

  • November 20, 2015: Conference registration opens
  • May 2, 2016: Service providers provided an attendee list to reach out to trading partners regarding appointment requests
  • April 15, 2016: Deadline to register your company and team members
  • April 19 to May 15, 2016: Distributor and manufacturer conference coordinators and table/team captains select and rank appointment requests in PartnerLinx (May 6 is the deadline for table topic changes)
  • May 6, 2016: Cancellation deadline to qualify for a partial refund ($500 for company and $200 for individual cancellations)
  • May 16 to May 20, 2016: Schedules are generated
  • The week of May 23, 2016: Appointment schedules are made available in PartnerLinx

Note that your company’s registration invoice and HDA dues must be paid to receive your schedule.

All attendees must adhere to the 20-minute appointment duration to ensure equal meeting time with trading partners. There will a five-minute break between appointments to allow for travel time. To take full advantage of each appointment, it is recommended you bring an agenda to help drive your discussions, come fully prepared and bring the right people. In the event that you are unable to keep an appointment, as a courtesy to your trading partner, contact that person so that he or she can effectively use the open appointment time. You also have the option to block up to three timeslots for private appointments.
