Registration for Manufacturers

Company Registration Deadline: Friday, April 15, 2016

To register your company, conference coordinators — your company’s primary contact for the conference — must register the company no later than Friday, April 15, 2016. This ensures your company is listed in the PartnerLinx® 2.0 scheduling system and allows your company to request appointments with your trading partners.

At least one individual from your company must be registered to request business appointments in PartnerLinx 2.0.

If you are participating in one-on-one business appointments, check with your company’s conference coordinator to make registration arrangements.

Spouses and guests also may register for the Business and Leadership Conference, gaining access to the general sessions, awards banquet, receptions and luncheons. The spouse/guest rate must be accompanied by one full paid registration and is not applicable to company attendees.

HDMA ASSOCIATE MANUFACTURER MEMBER

First Attendee $6,100  
Second and Third Attendees $4,150 per person  
Fourth and Subsequent Attendees $3,150 per person   
Spouse and Guest $200   
Substitute Before May 6, 2016: $0  After May 6, 2016: $100 

HDMA’s manufacturer members may have multiple teams participating in the one-on-one business appointments based on the number of registrants from the company.  

Less than 5 individual registrants = One team

5–7 individual registrants = Two teams

8 or more individual registrants= Three teams

Note that your company’s registration invoice and HDMA dues must be paid to receive your schedule.

Cancellation Policy

Company Cancellations
Should your company withdraw from this conference, written cancellations must be postmarked, faxed or emailed to HDMA’s Meetings & Conferences Department by Friday, May 6, 2016, to qualify for a partial refund. Both a $500 per company and a $200 per individual processing fee apply. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received or postmarked after Friday, May 6, 2016.

Individual Cancellations
Individual cancellations should be emailed to HDMA’s Meetings & Conferences Department by Friday, May 6, 2016, for a partial refund. A $200 processing fee will apply. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received or postmarked after Friday, May 6, 2016.

Spouse/guest cancellations must be postmarked, faxed or emailed to HDMA’s Meetings & Conferences Department by Friday, June 3, 2016 for a partial refund. A $50 processing fee will apply. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received or postmarked after Friday, June 3, 2016.

Registrations are transferable among individuals from the same company at no additional charge through Friday, May 6, 2016. A $100 processing fee will apply for any transfer requests received after Friday, May 6, 2016.
