HDA distributor members pay a flat fee to register for the conference based on each company’s 2016 membership dues. Registration fee invoices have been mailed to your company’s HDA Board member or primary contact for processing. Copies also have been sent to your company’s conference coordinator.
There is no limit to the number of individuals distributor members may register to attend the conference for the single company fee. Participating distributor companies are requested to host a minimum of three tables, with an additional table assigned as a consumer table, to accommodate manufacturer appointment requests.
To register your company, conference coordinators — your company’s primary contact for the conference — must register the company no later than Friday, April 15, 2016. This ensures your company is listed in the PartnerLinx® 2.0 scheduling system and allows your company to request appointments with your trading partners.
At least one individual from your company must be registered to request business appointments in PartnerLinx 2.0.

Spouses and guests also may register for the Business and Leadership Conference, gaining access to the general sessions, awards banquet, receptions and luncheons. The spouse/guest rate must be accompanied by one full paid registration and is not applicable to company attendees.

Should your company withdraw from this conference, written cancellations must be postmarked, faxed or emailed to HDA’s Meetings & Conferences Department by Friday, May 6, 2016, to qualify for a partial refund. A $500 per company processing fee applies. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received or postmarked after Friday, May 6, 2016.
Individual cancellations should be emailed to HDA’s Meetings & Conferences Department.
Spouse/guest cancellations must be postmarked, faxed or emailed to HDA’s Meetings & Conferences Department by Friday, June 3, for a partial refund. A $50 processing fee will apply. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received or postmarked after Friday, June 3, 2016.
Registrations are transferable among individuals from the same company at no additional charge.
